Preslie Hardwick v. County of Orange

On January 4, 2017, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued its ruling in our favor in the Preslie Hardwick v. County of Orange case, holding that social workers were not entitled to absolute and qualified immunity from claims that they maliciously used perjured testimony and fabricated evidence to secure Preslie's removal from her mother.
